This is actually a real problem in farming, landscaping, etc—tools and standardized stuff like the size of a hay bale is designed for the strength and height of the average man. Which makes it harder for women to enter the field

There’s no real reason for this to continue beyond the fact that now, all the equipment is optimized for these standard size items and changing would be expensive. There’s also a more labor involved in packaging, shipping, etc smaller units. But like...my back wishes for change
