On 3rd October 2020, being a Saturday, I woke up to a 4k alert from @gtbank. I sent messages and emails. I was told that it was a suspicious transaction. My card was immediately blocked. I afterwards filled a cars dispute form and was given a 45 days wait period for investigation
I guess 45 days is yet to come, since 5th October. I feel like my account is specifically targeted and @gtbank_help hasn't shown that my funds are safe with them. I'll keep @cenbank in this thread for reference purpose cos I am almost certain that we'll end up in court over this.
