Final Fantasy 7 Remake

good combat (sometimes), the characters are pretty good, the music and graphics are consistently good

the pacing is atrocious, the story has no sense of drama or impact, the sidequests are ass, the dialogue is laughably bad and nomura is a hack

Black Clover

its a pretty simple shonen but its effective, the characters are good enough, the fights are cool and there are some wild plot twists

however it takes a while to get good, i dont like the fanservice and not every plot twist hits, but its just a dumb fun type series
