Friends, do whatever makes you happy, but let me suggest that continuing to debate about the HBO version of the characters... actually legitimizes them as the definitive versions of those characters.

That’s not Sansa, or Jon, or Dany, it’s D&D’s shit writing
The characters were so inconsistent on the show that debating them has always been nigh-on impossible. You can't buy in to characters enough to have meaningful debates about them when they're all over the place. It only works at all because the books already defined them
So given that the TV shows chars are just hollowed-out shells filled up with the words of D&D - especially as time went on - we might as well let those fade and discuss the actual characters, who live in the books.
This is why the debate around GoT chars is so senseless. How can you ever debate about show-Dany, who was "the Queen we chose" and who laid it all on the line to save everyone... only to decide an episode later that "murder is fun actually, I'll be dragon Hitler now"
You'd be right to call her a tyrant and psychopath based on one episode, but you'd also be right to call her the most self-sacrificing and clear-headed about the responsibilities of a good ruler based on other episodes. Both are true because the show was wildly inconsistent
