Rochester City Councilor Doug Lachance has been credibly accused of sexually assaulting minors and regularly providing minors with alcohol and other substances — while he was Mayor of Rochester.
In 2007, Strafford County Attorney's office conducted an investigation & determined there was enough evidence to move forward with charges, but the key witness wasn,t comfortable moving fwd at that time. Additional witnesses are now coming forward, & the case has been re-opened.
While the criminal case is ongoing, we believe enough evidence has been brought to light to call for Councilor Lachance to resign his position of City Councilor. Please stand with the survivors and the Councilors already calling for Lachance's removal.
