Go to Bed Early, Get Up Early.

Forcing yourself to stay awake when you are tired is a surefire way to wake up groggy the next morning.

It’s almost never worth it to stay up late watching Netflix or getting extra work done.
You will be more efficient if you start your day earlier and you won’t have to live with the hangover of being tired from the night before.

Plus getting up early and knocking out your hardest task is an amazing feeling that will compound to more and more wins.
Drink a Gallon of Water a Day

Drink two glasses of water upon waking up, before eating anything.

Drink a glass of water 30 mins before every meal and 1-hour before bed.
If you are going to drink something with a meal, try to not drink cold water as the warmer it is, the better it is for digesting your meal.
Stop Watching the “News”

I stop watching the news, and I will be honest with you I am no less informed than I was than when I watched the news.

There is zero benefit to watching or reading it.

The news is more about entertaining you than informing you.
Entertainment is what keeps you coming back, and you coming back is everything to them.

Most of what the news informs you about are things you don’t need to know and much of it is biased and inaccurate.

Its better to have no information than wrong information, shut it off.
Tell Your Spouse and Children You Love Them Every Day.

Say it everyday with words and with how to treat them.

There is nothing more important than this.

If you do nothing else, do this.
Learn How to Save and Invest Your Money

Figure out where all your money goes and allocate places that will make you more money but spend it on a quick ‘instant gratification”.

You do not need to “treat yourself” you haven’t done anything worth treating.
Save as much as you can and invest anything that is extra. Slowly, your money problems will start to go away.
Watch Less and Do More

They are addictive and distracting. You have got better things to do and better messages to feed yourself with.

Netflix, tv shows, and even most music is not helping you in anyway.

You just want a distraction and to be entertained from that distraction.
The world makes it way to easy to slip into comfort, fight against it and do something to make yourself better.

Build something, paint something, pick-up something.

All of this is better than watching mindless drivel.
Stretch Every Day

The older you get the more important this activity is.

Most of the tightness you feel in your back, neck and legs will go away with a quick daily stretch.

This can be done with a quick yoga session, a foam roller, or even a professional massage.
Do not sleep on a proper stretch daily, they are extremely beneficial and great for living a great life.
