What are the chances that Derek Chauvin will be found not guilty of all the charges against him? In my opinion very high, and I am likely going to have to write a few threads to get everything I need to say in, @benshapiro you might like some of this. So, lets start!
I have used word, and I am going to use clips to get as much in as I can, so you are going to have to read the pictures, and where there is another, I will add that additional. So lets start with how the prosecution is currently setting out its case. Asymmetrical an emotive.
I am making the argument that "Excited Delirium Syndrome" is what should be in the autopsy report(s) and that the only chance to save his life was to keep him as still as they possibly could! CPR would have actually done more harm, it would have sped up his death! Continuing.
I am not going to comment on what I am posting, as to be honest the information is incredibly detailed, and it would have been easier if I had a blog that I could have put this in!
This is where we start to look at the actual video evidence that has been shared as the definitive "proof" that Chauvin is guilty and that there is no point even having a trail.
You can see Chauvin constantly shifting his body weight. When Floyd pushes up too hard, Chauvin backs off to not injure Floyd. If you watch very carefully, you will see this happening non-stop for the entire episode on the ground. In this case, Floyd’s head is off the ground!
We have only looked at the video evidence that shows that Chauvin was simply trying to save George Floyd from Excited Delirium Syndrome.
That is where I am going to finish this, and give credit to David Cardellini for putting a lot of this together. Here is a link to the autospy report, read it, search for the evidence that is meant to be there! It is not there! https://www.hennepin.us/-/media/hennepinus/residents/public-safety/documents/floyd-autopsy-6-3-20.pdf
This is just looking at one piece of this that the defence can use to create reasonable doubt, and that is all they need, reasonable doubt. In my opinion, if he is charged, it is a grave injustice! If he is not charged, there is going to be riots. So will a man end up in jail...
...for the first time (that we know of) because a jury is more scared of the public reaction to not finding a man guilty? It has the hallmarks of the OJ case, he was found innocent, and that showed that the American justice system worked, now...
...we have the opposite, if he is found innocent, it will apparently show that the American justice system is racist, and protects the police. 2 of the jurors have already excused themselves as they said they could not be objective when the family has already...
...been paid $27 million. Why, would a criminal be worth that much money, why does this case feel like it is the defence that have to prove their case, and the prosecution just has to prove reasonable "chance" meaning, he might have contributed to his death.
Whatever happens, BLM and their activists are going to take to the streets, and they are going to cause havoc! That won't just be in America, it will spill over to the UK again, which is why I am so interested in this case, when it spills over here, why? The facts here don't...
...support any racial police brutality. So why are we trying to mimic America and judge our police based on the same, look at the reaction to the race report, the fact it did not say "everyone/thing is racist" caused outrage!

Wait and see!
