"Look what that man is doing! It& #39;s shameful, disgusting, and a blatant attempt to score cheap political points!" 2/
Alas, it& #39;s the Great Pretender, Erin O& #39;Toole, who actually thinks he& #39;s got a shot at becoming Canada& #39;s next Prime Minister (sorry, Cons, he doesn& #39;t have a hope in hell) dragging his elementary school-aged kid onto the political battlefield 3/
Of note, in case you miss it, while O& #39;Toole and the Conservatives are screaming that we need to open up the country, his son admitted he hasn& #39;t been to school in months.

Many on Twitter try to show people what& #39;s gone wrong with the media in this country 5/
The news and stories we get are most often so politically lopsided in favouring one party in particular, that even when a story comes along to dispute the nonsense we& #39;re inundated with every day, no Conservative supporter believes it 6/
Our media is failing us, and has been for some time (it coincides with Stephen Harper okaying the deal that saw Postmedia sold to American interests) 7/
We deserve better. Billionaires with eyes on even bigger tax breaks than they& #39;ve already been handed over the course of the last fifty years, are steering the narrative /8
Whether it& #39;s Global, Corus, Postmedia, or the Globe & Mail, all are guilty to some extent in overlooking facts, and instead offer biased op-eds from writers who would be out of work if they refused to play along 9/
We used to be able to pick up a paper secure in the knowledge that those behind the articles performed -- at the very least -- a modicum of research. That& #39;s no longer the case 10/
It& #39;s a threat to our country& #39;s democracy. Billionaires won& #39;t suffer at all if, say, we increased spending on healthcare, education, helping the poor, & subsidizing daycare. The rich will carry on just the way they were. It& #39;s not any of them that will miss a meal, like, ever 11/
Our news shouldn& #39;t be entangled in a one-sided game of Monopoly, being played out by the rich Fin/
