System has broken down at the arena. They've abandoned the appointment system

It's no longer by time, someone with an 11 o clock appointment is further in what appears to be queue than someone who had a 9 o clock appointment at Good Samaritan, but had to come arena cuz Good Samaritan isn't open on Saturdays

And the queues are now confusion. And there is no one of authority in the parking lot to tell us anything. And ppl are now trying to skip. And a few have left

A senior police officer just let in all the ppl who formed a new queue before the ppl who've been waiting over an an hour in the queue that they told us to join

And ppl who were dutifully waiying from before 9 for their ten o clock appointments have left

Too many managers in the parking lot/waiting area who've made executive decisions

They're now doing nine o clock appointments.

System has changed

They're going to arrest me out here today
