4/With more days above freezing temperatures, the longer plants survive and make more #pollen.

Most of the trees planted afterwards were male trees. While they’re infertile, they produce lots of pollen!

avoid going outside in the morning
keep windows closed during the pollen season
don’t leave your clothes outside to dry
change your clothes and shower if you spend time outside
talk with your doctor if allergy medication is right for you
