Oh where to start @TheCW @TheCWSupergirl @warnerbrostv @jessicaqueller @GBerlanti and @SarahSoWitty @SupergirlStaff

We are a small fan page. Less than 800 followers. We don't have the clout that an official account does.

Yet (ignoring the comments number as many are using
the QRT or saying things directly on the official account) it strikes us that our retweet numbers and like numbers, when compared to the post on the official account with Kelly is telling.

That we can get nearly a 3rd of number on likes and better the official account on
retweets - surely, surely tells TPTB just how messed up this whole thing is.
Shouldn't it?
Lex is overdone.
William is not wanted.
The LGBTQA fans deserve better.
Your Black fans deserve better.
Your marginalized fans in general deserve better.
The female fans of the
show deserve better.
You are destroying what little credibility you had left after S5. Not just destroying it, but blowing it to smithereens. Actually we are not sure you had any credibility left after S5.

To anger pretty much the entire fandom like you have. Got to say,
that's a special kind of talent right there.
You don't deserve plaudits.

@moryan @autostraddle @etnow @EW @glaad @Variety @THR @TVGuide @TVLine we don't know if our fandom is enough for any attention being brought to bear via the media, but we implore anyone who can, please
don't let them get away with this unanswered.

We are making our voices heard, but we need help from others to get the message across.
What they are doing as a whole to the LGBTQA fandom on Supergirl is not okay. The destructive messaging the queerbaiting has brought is real.
We've seen first hand how real. It is heartbreaking and yet no-one seems to care.
The way they treat the LGBTQA characters on the show is awful. Especially as one is a Black woman, which brings another area of representation for many fans.
We don't need to prove it. The
romantic parallels on supercorp are out there. Don't think it didn't escape our notice that again, Queller and Rovner decided to make a direct comparison with the canon couple on the show, to Kara and Lena.
Don't think it hasn't escaped our notice that if you pull up the time
on-screen between Kelly and Alex and make direct comparison to only a handful of episodes in S4, that they were given pitiful screen time in S5, and so far the same pattern has emerged in S6. Kelly in particular has been given awful screen time. The only Black woman you have as
a regular on the show, who is also a lesbian. Talk about disrespecting and marginalizing fans further.

Who advocates for us? Who do we need in the media to stand up and say enough is enough?
We won't go away quietly. This has angered us so much, and was the last straw that
broke the camels back.
Until now we've kept it to our page. No more. We are going to tag anyone we deem needs to hear the messages we are writing.
Lives are at stake. Mental health is being damaged.
How much simpler and stark does it need to be?
Sometimes the truth hurts,
but the truth is, people are being hurt already.

This show has a terrible history on dealing with its LGBTQA audience. After all, it hasn't just had The Trevor Project Tweet out after Sanvers, that Chyler herself retweeted; we felt compelled to do it after last season due to
the way SC fans were feeling. By making our page a safe space for them, even though we are a Dansen page, it opened up the floodgates from fans in our DM's, so distraught, so beaten down, we tweeted out about The Trevor Project ourselves. It was a step we felt necessary. For
the safety of the LGBTQA fans.
A fan page shouldn't be shouldering the decision, for the safety of those you say you care about, to take a step like that.
That isn't how representation should be.

Even more disappointing is that @TheCW is helmed by two openly LGBTQA people,
and yet you are overseeing the biggest, most disrespectful, and ultimately dangerous messaging going out to LGBTQA fans that we think we've ever seen. And we have seen a lot in our years on this earth.
So this is a call out to anyone who might see it - help us get this message
out. In every way possible.
But please, all we ask of other fans, is to do it with manners and respect. While we know it is emotional and upsetting for many of us, we need to approach this in a way that at least shows we want to be heard, but not to be rude. That
achieves nothing. Having said that, we have yet to see fans be anything other than respectful in how they've messaged Supergirl or The CW. For that we are truly grateful. ❤
Love to you all.
Sadly, due to unacceptable levels of harassment that came about after our vocal support
of supercorp our DM's are now closed. However if anyone needs help or needs to reach out, there is help available. @TrevorProject is one of many.
You are not alone. You are loved and you are valid.
We realize we should've been clearer here: this is in regards queerbaiting and also using your LGBTQ fan base to prop up your reputation but deliver awful messaging.
Clexa itself was the worst for BYG's.
Sadly both @TheCW shows. Hardly glowing rep. https://twitter.com/DansenFans/status/1380848646435057664?s=19
