We take on more roles, responsibilities, tasks, and obligations;
It's easy to lose track and get stuck.

First, let's narrow the playing field.
On average, we sleep a third of our life,
So in relation a third of our week;
For the rest of our time, we are performing activities.

Now that we have narrowed our playing field, we can compartmentalize it into 5 areas:
HEALTH | HOUSEHOLD | WORK | SOCIAL | PRIVATE
Each area has a goal that's achieved through activities, which cost time and energy.
HEALTH | HOUSEHOLD | WORK | SOCIAL | PRIVATE
Each area has a goal that's achieved through activities, which cost time and energy.
Work, Household, and Health are essential for continuity, stability, and survival.
The Social area is prone to distractions and negative influences.
Private time is SACRED â but often spent socializing or other Non-essential activities (Binge-watching, Social media, etc.)

Each area has a primary goal:
- Generate income (WORK)
- Physical and mental condition (HEALTH)
- A happy/peaceful home (HOUSEHOLD)
- Meaningful Relationships (SOCIAL)
- Personal development (PRIVATE)
In turn, these goals contribute to our vision of the future.

Say you are not satisfied with your WORK;
it is repetitive and consumes energy -
You want to change this, but you have no time or energy.

You can always create time by saying NO to activities and setting priorities!
Let's look at how this works:

A week has 112 active hours (168 - 1/3 sleep):
Work = 40 hours
Household = 35 hours
Health = 7 hours
Total 82 hours = 30 hours to invest in self development - follow a course;
OR follow the news, binge-watch and talk to friends about problems.
Your time, your choice.
