While doing this, I came across this webinar by Dr. Conly:
https://www.who.int/infection-prevention/campaigns/clean-hands/webinar2_JohnC_28Apr.pdf?ua=1

If you notice some similarities to today's? It does appear very similar to this Clean Hands campaign.

Of interest is slide 6 in which he says, "It is a respiratory virus (contact droplet not
airborne transmission. His emphasis on "Not" airborne transmission.

In this most recent presentation, you'll note that he is NOW accepting of "situational" airborne transmission.

But I need to interject here.

Since we know that EVERY house, bar, restaurant, library, etc
EXCEPT those that have paid extra for increased ventilation, WILL BE that situation.

Look - either it can be transported via the air. Or it can't.

If it can be, then it's airborne.

Anyway, here are the slides
Slide 1 - Dr. Conly starts at 26:30.
Slide 2 - 27:45
Slide 4- 29:47
Slide 5 - 30:20
Slide 6 - 31:10
Slide 7 - 31:55
"P23 Congenital SARS-CoV-2 infection in a pre-term neonate with viable virus from the placenta Joseph
Vayalumkal" - Page 4 in the pdf.
Slide 13 - 38:40

Sources are SUBMISSION PENDING.

I'm sorry, but I thought this was supposed to be a scientific discussion? How are we supposed to read this? Discuss this? The personal communication cited above?

Moving on for my own sanity.
Slide 14 - 40:16

Again SUBMISSION PENDING.
Slide 15 - 41:21

Slide 23 - 44:16
A quick note - at 44:30, Dr. Conly acknowledges that aerosol transmission is absolutely possible.

Says that it's possible within crowded settings with poor ventilation.

HEY!!!! WE ALL LIVE IN POOR VENTILATION! WE WORK IN POOR VENTILATION!!!! WE RELAX IN PLACES WITH
POOR VENTILATION!!!!

We don't all have the opportunity to work in an environment with 6 air changes per hour!

This is the problem with the @WHO's transmission committee!

Of course air sampling is difficult! You literally have huge air cleaners CLEANING the air while
trying to find something from a just-cleaned medium!

Sorry...this gets me all kinds of fired up....
