Feedback on Unnie's K Mall
Last December 17, I ordered 3 hoon album pcs sa yangdo. I asked my friend (A) if I can have these delivered to her consol (UKM). Basically, naki-share ako ng box. These arrived on Dec. 21.
I asked A if UKM has provided photos of my item to prove that they arrived but she said no. Come January, A told me that their box has been shipped but she's not sure if my item's there bc UKM didn't send photos or a list of items included in the box. We had to wait until March.
Pagdating ng March, A received their box and informed me that my item is not there. I asked when does UKM plan to ship out their next box and she said she doesn't know since they don't answer her when she asks.
I messaged UKM directly na on April 5 bc this isn't the fault of my friend na and middleman siya in all this.
They finally sent photos even yung mga naiwan na other items, not just mine. lmao even my friend is thankful that I messaged UKM kasi dahil daw sa akin nagsend sila ng photos 😭😭😭
Also, nung una I requested for photos just for assurance na nasa kanya item ko but I didn't know naman na may punit na yung letter envelope. That's why when I saw na may punit, I asked for the condition of my items na.

And honestly at this point, I'm really really frustrated na.
Note that they gave me 2 options: air shipment or pickup. Air shipment is Php 800+lsf daw. Not sure bakit may lsf pa when they can just send it to me directly??

This is the end of our conversation since another friend told me UKM put me in Ignored Messages na.
Some points for clarification:
1. Friend helped me by asking her kr friend if he can book the pickup since UKM didn't want to book for who knows why lmao hindi daw siya marunong magbook ng pickup (what she said in one of her voice messages)
2. Friend told me UKM shipped another one of their boxes just last week. So hindi na naman nasama item ko sa box last week??? lmaoooooo Edi 1 to 2 months na naman ako mag-aantay??
Honestly, parang kasalanan ko pa na naiwan item ko TWICE??? Lordeeee trabaho ito. Work properly. You're dealing with customers who pay you. Kung wala customers, wala kang business. I'm not saying maging doormat sa customers, pero dapat may sense of responsibility at urgency.
Sobrang nakaka-frustrate kasi ako na nga nagsuggest ng courier and even the app link para hindi na siya maghanap lmaooo Bakit parang hassle na hassle sila eh this wouldn't have happened kung organised at malinis sila magtrabaho??
Also, not that related to this issue but someone told me na kapag may negative feedback silang nakukuha, may nagsusumbong sa kanila (LMAOOOO) and then sinasabihan ng pangit sa facebook gc nila 😂

Maybe work properly and be organised so you don't get negative feedbacks???
Update lang. This isn't a one time thing. They really forget to include items sa boxes ng tao. They don't practice FIFO or "punctuality" as they say na motto ng UKM lol

It's worse than I thought. This is basically bullying their customers into only saying positive things about Mica and her shop.

Worth it ba ang anxiety na makukuha mo when you avail their low prices? Grabe yung dagdag stress at kaba.

So they plan to sell my item na pala🙃🙃🙃

Also, harassing? Ang ayos ng pakikitungo ko sa kanilang dalawa. Also naging "makulit" lang ako kasi they don't reply to my messages.
Everything I posted on this thread, yan na lahat ng conversations namin. Hindi ko na sinama chat ko kay Joanna kasi puro follow up lang naman.

They never said sorry, didn't even feel the least bit awful for what they did.
