When you see internal job vacancies but already can guess who will get it. This is problem in NHS culture where nepotism can block overqualified staff from progressing & they can hire their cliques of friends, relatives or from same race making into a family and friends business.
Who do you complain too when they become seniors and those more senior have helped them into these positions & allowing this culture to fester? Combined that with lack of experience and incompetence that is given a blind eye to because they go for drinks together and protection.
And you've tolerate because it always has been this way and people rely on silence whilst acting arrogant and fraudulent? When students you have trained become Band 8a less than three years when you don't even get a Band 7 after 10+ experience let alone struggle to get to Band 6.
I've spoken to many people who have shared their experience and when you witness it for yourself because you know people it hits different. I am a highly sensitive person, observant and can read people and situations well. I'm not scared because I speak the truth and they know 💅🏾
