For those struggling with old wounds, this is for you: the answer doesn’t lie at the end of a cane. It is within you, and it requires the careful work of a therapist to help you find it.

Please don’t confuse a need for therapy with the benefits of catharsis.

Corporal punishment has great potential to improve mood, to release guilt, and to help a bottom move on from a situation, but it has limits.

I’ll coach & help you to become the best version of you, and I’ll happily give you a jolly good thrashing...but I am NOT a therapist.

Safe play includes psychological safety. If you apply for a session and I see that you are (e.g) justifying your desire for CP by thinking it will help you find closure from a past trauma, your application will be rejected.

Go to therapy! Do the work.
