though killing time through watching shows can seem unproductive , it doesn't take much mental effort and is a good way to relax before sleeping or at night !! it's also just good for drowsy , low energy days . plus , it's easy to get invested !!

I wouldn't recommend this if you're fasting because it'll be quick to run out of energy and want to binge, but if you're med-high restricting this can be a great way to spend some time between meals !! you'll feel stronger & more productive , plus endorphinssss
🧸 get organized !!
- DO YOUR SCHOOL WORK
- check your email
- start a bullet journal
- clean up your room
- go through your clothing and things and get rid of what you don't like anymore
- meal plan
🧸 my recommendations :
- have sticky note lists
- make your bed first before cleaning anything else ! it's the easiest way to get started
- just do what you're capable of ! if you try to bite off more than you can chew at first , you could get stressed and binge .
honestly even if you only do one or two productive tasks every day , you'll feel a lot better in the long run . and existing in a clean space ultimately just makes life seem a little bit more friendly !! no matter what , I'm proud of you .

🧋my personal self care routine :
- shower & brush teeth at the same time
- skincare ! ( face mask too )
- CHUG water & eat ice
- have some tea ( I usually do green tea in the mornings , mint tea throughout the day , and ginger tea at night ! )
- go back to sleep Zzz
these are the most fun for me actually ! they can be hard to remember day to day , but when approached as a fun pass time they can become an enjoyable hobby rather than a tedious responsibility . again , just do what you feel up to in the moment ! ilysm !
