I generally don& #39;t post updates about my husband& #39;s health on Twitter, but I& #39;m asking a favor today.

For those of you who aren& #39;t aware, my husband was diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia) at the beginning of the year. 1/

Darius& #39; oncology team originally thought he could be treated with chemotherapy alone. It turns out, that& #39;s not going to happen. So, he needs a stem cell transplant, but no one in his family is a match for donation.

Maybe you are? 2/

Donating stem cells is not painful. It& #39;s very similar to donating blood. It takes a few hours, you don& #39;t have to travel to do it, and you could save someone& #39;s life.

Not really. The whole idea of getting tested to see if you are a match is that your match status will live in their facility unless or until it is needed, so you might not be a match for my husband, but you could be a match for someone else! https://twitter.com/Pstthomas/status/1380694963856539652?s=20">https://twitter.com/Pstthomas...
