Public DAs (which is a contentious term in its own right) aren't really being appreciated for what they illustrate. True, they get folx out there, shit get smashed, maybe the police respond with violence, people become radicalized, that's fine.

But aren't you frustrated?
Isn't the action itself somewhat performative?

What's your goal? Is visibility something that would aid your interests? Is it a liability?

Have you actually formed an AG, or do you have protest buddies? Could you depend on them to watch your back, fight beside U, & never talk?
Weren't you at one point upset with the Libs & their pointless marches to nowhere? Do you think you're functionally all that different when you stand around police precincts, doing nothing but waiting for your beatings?
The public DAs should be a stark reminder of one thing: there's no substitute for radically autonomous action.

Everything else, outside of you& your crew, is too diffused, mediated by countless other voices,& appealing to them all will just render your action impotent, toothless
Staying small, working with those you trust, making a plan in secret, carrying it out & going home, with no one besides your target knowing what the hell just happened, & possibly not even them, is an intoxicating feeling.

You will become old, before that feeling does.
Cultivating autonomy & self determination is what defines anarchist praxis.

There's no need for a flyer to tell you what to do.

There is targets everywhere. They are vulnerable.

All you need to do

Is strike.
