I drove to Dehradun & made a detailed PPT presentation for about 1-30 hrs before CM & officials on 12-6-2020 in CM Camp Office, Dehradun against Govt takeover of Chardham Temples. 1/n

I proposed an alternative model of Temple Management by Priests/Dharma Gurus & Representative of Hindu Devotees without Govt role, as per respective sampradayas.

I also suggested a framework for connecting all Temples in Uttarakhand for common/shared purposes. 2/n

I also suggested creation of a Hindu Dharmika Parishad headed by Pujya Shankaracharya Ji & other Mathadeeshwars, Vedic Scholars etc to guide Hindus & also to act as an ecclesiastical referral body for Govt and Courts to consult on any Hindu religious issue. 3/n

I gave my model Draft Temple Bill to @tsrawatbjp to free all Temples/Mutts.

Personally @alok_bhatt was against Govt takeover of Chardham Temples, though being in Govt he had to defend it. I advised him to stay put as his quitting Govt won't make any difference. 4/4
