We've got some updates from @The_Seeds_!
Since their organizing campaign ended, we’ve been working with them behind the scenes to file Unfair Labor Practices against their employer.
While the ability for Dandelion to close their business and terminate their workers means our options for recourse were limited, we’re pleased that a settlement has been reached, which is in many ways the best case scenario for this particular, very unique organizing campaign.
More than anything, we’re so proud of the Seeds and admire their determination to see this through to the end. And we’re incredibly grateful to their supporters in our community, as well as the NLRB officers who allowed the Dandelion workers to share their story.
We organize at work because despite the abject cruelty of our modern moment and all attempts by bosses to drive us apart and pit worker against worker, we stand united across a multitude of struggles, across histories, bound to each other by the unyielding force of solidarity.
We build labor militancy because anything less isn’t good enough for our community, for the working class, and for the labor movement, who face their opposition and seemingly impossible odds to say over and over again that we deserve better.
We deserve a voice at work. We deserve the dignity and respect we’ve already earned with our labor.

Defend workers. Build your union.
Solidarity Forever.
