Many prominent artists in SA & Nigeria were willing to pay top dollar to feature King Monada after 'Ska Bhora Moreki' & 'Malwedhe'. How many of those materialised? Makwela convinced Monada that going commercial is bad for him. I think he was scared of losing him to mainstream...

Besides stopping lucrative features, Makwela is also sabotaging King Monada from digital revenue point of view. Go search for "WA Nkgobatxa" on Apple Music or Tidal, its nowhere to be found. So how's the King supposed to make money if his music can't be found?

King Monada should be headlining major events in Southern Africa, but this is not the case. Why? Makwela convinced him that he can't leave the village because it made him, forgetting that even those fans that made him who he is, are where he is supposed to be, the city of gold.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Makwela is a horrible person. King Monada is where he is because of Makwela's guidance, but the man is clueless when coming to business & monetisation. He can't ask for help because he feels like if someone comes in, he will lose his meal ticket

Makwela is making King Monada lose relationships with vital industry people & organisations, Thobela FM and Open Mic is two of those examples. Monada's relationship with Master KG and Makhadzi is broken, all because of Makwela. So who is Makwela serving then? HIMSELF.
