Trinidad and Tobago-based organization @feminitt has sprung into action to assist with the #LaSoufriereEruption relief efforts. These supplies will be especially important for women and girls in SVG in the coming weeks.

I was advised by Senator The Honourable @AzizaLake that the Government of Antigua has committed to housing evacuees of #LaSoufriereEruption at Jolly Beach Resort. This measure was in place before Friday morning’s eruption. Antigua-based carrier @LIAT_1974Ltd will also assist.
