If you continue to accept jobs money and/or work contracts affiliated with the Scott Rudin estate you are complicit in enabling the toxic and disgusting environment that has become commonplace in the American theater tv and film. There is no gray area here.
The man sent one of his assistants to the hospital because he couldn’t get him on a flight.

The only power their money has over us is the power we willfully hand to them ourselves. This is bigger than you and your gig. We must send the message to every producer and director in town that we will NOT stand for this kind of unspoken acceptance any longer.
I also want you to pay attention to those who is silent and who will remain silent on this issue. These people are not your friends! If you can sit quietly and wait for this to blow over in order to keep your career intact - you are just as guilty as the perpetrators!
This is not just an actor issue. I’m talking to my writers, choreographers, creatives... we are ALL responsible for what happens next. It’s beyond time to start talking about what community action looks like in regards to pulling our support from toxic leaders in this industry.
If you have any sort of platform or weight in this industry its your responsibility to yourself and the younger generation of artists that will come after us to speak the fuck up. You are visible for a reason.
Trust and believe our History will remember how you did or didn’t handle this - and trust and believe it won’t be kind to the quiet.
