Since removing perks that completely negate downsides is best for Destiny’s health, let’s ride that wave. What else needs to go?

- Snapshot on high impact snipers
- Triple Tap + mag boosts on high impact snipers (reconstruction)
- Vorpal weapon on mid impact snipers

- Opening shot on slug shotguns
- Auto Loading Holster on breech loaded grenade launchers
- Ambitious Assassin on breech loaded grenade launchers
- Archer’s Tempo on precision frame bows
- Overflow on aggressive frame SMGs
- Rampage on 120 RPM hand cannons

(Also swashbuckler and probably any other damage perk)
- Rangefinder on 140 hand cannons
- Desperado as a whole has gotta go, low rate of fire is the downside of aggressive pulses
- Auto loading holster on rocket launchers

- Passive guard mod as a whole
- Passive healing on Lament
- Bastions three-burst needs to go. Downside of a charged-up one-burst bodyshot is that you can miss (if it were charge time, other fusions would be popular too)

- Hip-fire penalty removal from Dead Man’s Tale. It’s a scout rifle, the whole downside is that they aren’t strong at close range. Also, it fires faster when hip-fired, removing the disadvantage of scout’s low DPS, so probably lower the damage when hipfired, too.

- Clown Cartridge on rocket launchers
- Ridiculous reserves on Anarchy. Reduce that to about a third of what it currently is, it should be lower than other GLs since the dmg is so much higher.
- Caster frame on swords. Swords have no business hitting at a distance.

- Xenophage needs a harsh range cap so it’s damage over distance is more in line with other machine guns. It was decided back when hammerhead was out of control that machine gun range shouldn’t be so nuts. This one’s obvious.

That’s all the ones that come to mind! Once these are fixed we can finally enjoy a healthy sandbox where ez access to the strongest options is a thing of the past.

At long last, I’ll only lose to people who outplay me, which is definitely not how it already is for the most part.
