When you look at excess deaths in the first wave, SK seems to be under-reporting COVID deaths by a factor of 10. Meanwhile, in Atlantic Canada, if anything COVID deaths were being over-reported.
If SK continued to under-report COVID deaths at a comparable rate into Dec & Jan when our cases spiked (the first time), then the scale of the SaskParty failure is friggin' mind-boggling.
