Hey @Olacabs, your driver refused to take me to St Thomas’s Hospital for my vaccine appointment as it was inside the congestion zone so wanted to drop me at Guy’s instead. I watched him select that I breached COVID guidelines so I got charged a cancelation fee you won’t refund.
This is beyond not ok! I was wearing a mask

Oh, and @OlainUK, I’m extremely clinically vulnerable, so a) did not breach COVID guidelines, and b) used your service because I thought it would provide the greatest safety not refuse to take me where I needed to go, charge me for it, and make me late for my vaccine
