Great shoes to fill here... we will endeavour to do our best. https://twitter.com/SWSplashPagePod/status/1380511344106082305
We still expect the reveal of the new one-shot for later, and we might have a few variants nonetheless...
Alright, the reduced bounty of variants for #WarOfTheBountyHunters from PREVIEWSworld... first up is the "Boba Fett: Black Armour" action figure variant by John Tyler Christopher!
Continuing from there come two variants the by series artist Steve Mcniven. The one with the red tinge is dubbed the "Crimson Variant", and the one with the black-armoured Fett is the "Black Armour" variant. Makes sense, right?
The aforementioned two being differently-coloured versions of the main cover for WotBH Alpha #1.

And bringing up the rear is this bobalicious cover by Leinil Francis Yu.

Stick around for more WotBH later, presumably.
Oh wait -- there's more! The "Director's Cut" (a supersized special issue with a behind-the-scenes section featuring in-progress art and more) has the following main cover and sketch variant by Steve McNiven!
Both #WarOfTheBountyHunters Alpha and the WotBH Alpha Director's Cut release May 5th, by the way, and kick of the multi-month crossover event.
To recap: In May, "WotBH Alpha" and special one-shot stories in "Doctor Aphra", "Darth Vader", "Star Wars" and "Bounty Hunters" serve as a sequence of preludes, before the actual event kicks off in June. All four post-Empire Strikes Back ongoings will feature WotBH till October.
In addition, June launches the 5-part event mini "War of the Bounty Hunters" by Charles Soule & Steve McNiven that anchors the core of the sprawling story (which deals with various facitons competing for Carbonite!Han after Boba lost him). And a new one-shot to be revealed later.
We'll go quiet now until SWcom announces that new one-shot. In the meantime, you can browse the Camuncoli variants revealed over the last few days. https://twitter.com/swbooknews/status/1379059030765658115
