I’m sure there’s probably more context to this hadith eg maybe making dua against a dead oppressor or someone who’s wronged you or the aggrieved individual who insults/curses a dead person who’s directly wronged them
And I’d be lying if I said I haven’t laughed at the memes. There’s also the context of him being part of a very oppressive and racist establishment so completely understandable and relatable esp as that serves as an outlet for many people but
important for us all to reflect on how engaging in all of this will effect our souls especially before Ramadan
also personally don’t see the need to send out condolences to the Royal Family due to their part in oppressing many people around the world and that really shouldn’t be underplayed as them just being innocent public servants - but that’s just me!
