Here& #39;s a thread on all the things I did to lose weight
Everyday I drank lemon honey water in the morning after waking up ( sometimes I add cinnamon or haldi)
I start my breakfast at 10am and end my dinner till 7pm
I mainly eat what I want but I keep the calorie count and don& #39;t let it exceed 1500 per day (mainly I maintain it around 1200)
Breakfast - poha ,upma, namkeen daliya, 2roti + sabzi
(This is the main meal of my day so I eat this to get full )
1 hour after eating breakfast I drink green tea
Lunch - I mainly take fruits/nuts/cucumber etc (sometimes even skip it)
Dinner- 2 or 2½ roti dal + sabzi
Now for workouts I followed Chloe ting do this everyday to lose weight( only this video) for a week then I followed her 2021 flat belly challenge for 28 days (full schedule) and I do it after my breakfast (around 1-2pm ) before my lunch
Since I am a pcos patient , every night before sleeping I drink soaked methi water
Ps - I try to avoid rice and potato. I don& #39;t take sugar daily but I do it like once or twice a week?
Also after every meal I walk for 15 min (specially after breakfast and dinner)
