Y’all, it’s #FiestyFriday, and I can tell you I’ll be talking a lot about bein’ feisty with insurance companies, who I loathe. One of my favorite fiesta my behaviors has been to discover that as an OON provider, I don’t have to return any of the tons of calls they make to me

trying to trick me to accept their in-network rate. Once I hear that, “This is Multi-Plan...” I delete that vm and move on. My patients still get paid and I don’t waste my life minutes.
