These tropes were brought about in men's efforts to shun femininity and subjugate women. YES!!! Men we did this to ourselves.

Actually, those organizations were created because people saw the need for diversity and bringing women into male dominated spaces. So far, their work have only scratched the surface. Women do not now have more advantages over men, No! Men still have the upper hand.
