Whilst CONSTELLATIONS runs at the Vaudeville Theatre, the Donmar Warehouse will remain closed for a series of essential building works, including replacing key infrastructure, improving environmental sustainability + accessibility + creating more open and inclusive FOH spaces.
Today, we are launching the Donmar RESTART appeal to support us as we work towards our reopening in September 2021. For more details on the RESTART appeal and the works taking place at the theatre, visit our website:

While our physical space is closed, Donmar Associate Sacha Wares’ company Trial & Error, @ellahickson @ScanLABProjects are creating ADULT CHILDREN in a digital replica of the Donmar auditorium. In association with @ETTtweet.
To stage this poignant, short play, the theatre environment, locations and over fifty performers and audience members are all being separately captured using 3D scanning techniques.
The ADULT CHILDREN cast includes Prisca Bakare, Tobi Bakare, Nabil Elouahabi, Beruce Khan, Jodie McNee and Annie Tyson.
ADULT CHILDREN is a co-creation between Ella Hickson, Sacha Wares and ScanLAB Projects with spatialised sound by Gareth Fry, original music by Adrian Lee, costumes by Kinnetia Isidore, movement by Leon Baugh and lighting consultancy by Prema Mehta.
