April 9, 1948 members of the extremist Jewish gangs, the Irgun & Lehi (Stern), attacked the Palestinian village of Deir Yassin & massacred more than 107 defenceless men, women & children deliberately & brutally. The ramifications were enormous in the ethnic cleansing of Palestine

Particularly as part of a series of massacres specifically designed to terrorise the indigenous Palestinians & eliminate them to replace them with Jewish immigrants. The leaders of both gangs, Menachem Begin & Yitzhak Shamir later became prime ministers of Israel.

Thus Israeli terrorists are exonerated & rewarded with the highest public office, while their Palestinian victims are maligned & their narrative suppressed. The memory & pain persist, as our resilience & determination to prevail. We are not invisible nor silent. #FreePalestine
