For the record, here are the medical and surgical interventions which, if they existed, could completely cure my dysphoria. None of these are impossible in principle or frankly even particularly remote; it's just that trans people are the only people who need them.
Vocal reconstructive surgery which can actually move the vocal compass rather than just wiping out the lower half, and which does not have a massive risk of complications.

Surgery to reduce the breadth of the shoulders.

Surgery to allow somewhat further elbow extension.
Surgery to reduce the breadth of the ribcage.

Reconstructive surgery of the pelvis and knee in order to narrow the ilium, broaden the ischium, and increase the femoral-tibial angle.

Surgery to reduce the size of the hands and feet without loss of function or sensation.
Gene therapy to adjust the sensitivity of the androgen and estrogen receptors.

At absolute minimum, an implantable pump to perform the endocrine role of an ovary.

Ideally, cloning of actual ovaries and uterus and implantation thereof.
We could do all of these. We could have this technology now. We just don't care enough. We're stuck at the starting line, quibbling with cis people who want us dead and other cis people who are willing to be nice to them about it.
