I ran a COVID Vaccination Clinic today after the evening announcement yesterday:

1. 2. There were many who just didn’t bother to come (both over and under 50)

3. Thankfully there were many who answered the call and came in at short notice to avoid wasted dose - we wasted none

4. I spent a significant amount of time with each person under 50 about their individual circumstances

5. For this job, @GregHuntMP remunerated me less than the legal minimum wage today

6. But that is okay (for now) as we will sort it out in a court of law at a later date - public health comes first

7. Unlike some State-run facilities today, if after presentation of facts, they still opted to proceed, then they received their vaccination.

8. I’ve always believed that as a doctors, we have a duty to support public health measures.

9. However, there is a limit to everything and I’m losing faith and confidence in this government.
