1. I'm going to say something about Rapey McForehead (Thanks @lindyli) I am getting AN INSANE amount of joy watching this privileged asshole get knocked off his pedestal. But in reality, none of this is funny.

2. These creeps are EVERYWHERE, and too many of them are in positions of power. Not just politics, either. Pastors and priests, coaches, bosses, family members, romantic partners.

3. At the root is a soup of toxic masculinity, homophobia, transphobia, and misogyny, and we bear the burden of these traumas as a society. Generational trauma is real and unrelenting. I would rather there be no victims, but that's not the world we live in.

4. So every time one of these sick assholes is exposed, I celebrate it. Not that another victim exists, but that another perpetrator has been exposed. And I want them to SUFFER. Let it be a lesson to the other assholes out there. You WILL get caught. You WILL lose your power.

5. I also hope that every story like this swings the pendulum toward believing survivors and shifting blame away from victims and onto the perpetrators. The era of "boys will be boys" and "what was she wearing?" is over, truth and justice are coming for you, and I LOVE TO SEE IT
