I have read the by BuzzFeed news with Omojuwa and his PR companies as major actor. my first response was an emotional one, but on a 2nd pragmatic thought, I think I av a change of stance.

PR is business and business is not sustained by emotions. We can argue about decency but
At the end of the day, a business has to pay its workers.

I remember during the 2015 and 2019 Nugerian elections, many PR firms based in the U.S were involved. It wasnt a matter of right and wrong, but just business, now they are claiming moral high ground bcus of U.S interest.
Some persons are already shouting that Nigerian image is being blighted, abeg calm down, if American influencers we're paid, they will trend the hashtag same way thier PR companies supported a govt that said they will shoot voters.

What is at play is interest and nothing more.
My thread is not to exonerate or hold brief 4 Omojuwa or any1 of them bcus I hardly know or interact with them but to put happenings into perspective

We can still argue abt d indiscretions of our influencers which is personal to them

My unpopular opinion, doesn't mean I'm right
