Yokohama + Hachinohe provided him the most support and allowed him to have ice time
*Hachinohe rink still displays Yuzu boots from 311 that were damaged and those that have visited can still see it displayed there

after relocating from Sendai before the earthquake happened and tried best to take in Yuzu to allow him a rink to train; the biography + sensei's latest book he mentioned post 311 Yuzu lost ton of weight + lost all his muscles and felt it was a need for Yuzu to continue skating
as he's 1 skater that comes around just once every 100s + yrs who's meant for skating + should be treasured, sensei
many times even though he was only able to take in Yuzu about 5-6 months due to lack of availability cap maxed skaters in the rink but Yuzu was able to use that

remember several magazines back maybe BBM or DX had interviewed rink staff there and many voiced witnessing Yuzu always stayed in the rink last to leave making sure the rink was clean, the dressing room was clean b/c he was so thankful they were able to take in him and give him
ice time.

*now fast forward 2021 it's the 10th anniversary post 311 and its a no brainer why Yuzu chose to attend these stops so its really unnecessary for antis and etoile stan etc to continue yapping and shaming him and even decoy "fanyus" expressing so called disappointment Yuzu owes
nobody anything in fact he's already given back so much to this sport, to his hometown, to those affected and still continues to do so and it's just sad each and everyday people who hide behind
