Within 3 minutes, I got 2 messages to this clip. Essentially both were "dude got murdered on powerbomb to concrete in Tampa in front of x amount of people". I tweeted it and split the difference (15). Some people got upset. Here& #39;s the clip. Again, most miss the point.

Well, I& #39;m upset too. Wrestling, as a whole, is in the dumpster regardless of how you want to spin it. There are some really cool things out there but they& #39;re very few and far between. No one is going to know that because this is all they& #39;ll remember (until tomorrow when someone else does something stupid). This could be a big opportunity for them and this is something they felt they needed to do to get noticed or go viral. Room than it has about creating an emotional connection with the crowd. Simple psychology says don& #39;t do this. It& #39;s a one off match. It& #39;s not an escalated feud that needs something even 1/10th this dangerous to end things. Smaller the crowds have gotten and how much less interest there is in wrestling? I& #39;ve wrestled in front of crowds that are there to just see some "wrasslin& #39;" and I& #39;ve wrestled in front of "smart" crowds. Give you one guess which one draws substantially more on a consistent basis.
