Reminder: today is Richards birthday! (his party is tomorrow)

I just talked to him. He initially wanted his party at Chapman, but he wants to respect the residents there. Less police presence at Chapman is good right now.

If another flyer for tomorrow has been passed around, that is where a birthday party will happen! No clue if there has been, please do not clarify in this thread Richard has approved the theoretical flyers and says “yes that works, maybe etc etc after etc etc”

It would be cool if we could all show up an hour early to that park with pizza and/or cake (if anyone wants to help organize that, I’ll make sure he gets there).

I have my first day at my new job tomorrow so can only help organize so much last minute. Can send $ to pick up.

Richard has been an activist for longer than a lot of us have been alive. He is a good human and it would mean a lot to him if this community made his birthday special. He seems pretty amped about it. DMs are open if ppl have questions <3
