Why you’re not seeing results from training 👇🏼
1) You’re inconsistent.
Big part of seeing progress is keeping up with what you’re doing and making it a LIFESTYLE. Don’t expect to follow a routine for a few weeks/months and maintain permanent results. That simply won’t happen. Permanent results require permanent discipline.
2) You’re following something that does not work for you.
It’s so easy to go online and look up training/diet routines, but the truth is that what you find might not be suitable for what you need.
3) You’re misinformed. Misinformation can be a huge roadblock for many people. It’s probably one of the most common reasons why there are people who seem to be consistent, but still can’t make results or have plateaued way too early. Always seek advice that’s been proven to work.
4) You’re not pushing yourself enough.
If you’re not leaving all in there, there’s so much progress that could’ve been made which you missed out on. You should always feel that you got a good workout in by monitoring progress, which brings us to the final point.
5) You don’t set goals, or you set unrealistic ones in terms of timeframe. I’ll hit my 7th year mark of training this summer, and I can easily say that the only reason I can keep up is by setting new and realistic goals. Realistic is the key word, especially if you’re natural.
I can’t imagine being consistent without knowing why I’m doing what I’m doing, there’s no doubt I’d quit instantly. I need to make sure that the goals I’ve written down are achievable within the timeframe I’ve set.
