

i got too many bananas and am too bored (&broke) to think about cooking much this month soo here we go. basically I'll eat 3 bananas every day. ur supposed to have them as breakfast lunch and dinner but I'd rather have them all at once and then fast so that's how I'll do it.
like always I'll do daily updates and a 'feedback' with results once I end the diet. not sure yet for how long i'm gonna do this so we'll see

day 1
the bananas were filling i had them hot with cinnamon and drank LOTS of tea. the brain fog is back but by now I know that it's gonna get better the next days

slept really bad like always when I do low restriction/fasting. I didn't do any workouts but went on a walk to my psychologist. today I just cut the 3 bananas up but tomorrow i'll freeze them! oh and if you think of doing this diet- def use big bananas lol

i was super active today!! sadly my bones still hurt a lot. also i believe that the sugar in the bananas makes my cravings stronger... it just makes restricting much harder than usual so i've decided to end this diet on monday and share the results!

had my three bananas as a smoothie today
the cravings have not passed but at least my bones don't ache anymore. tomorrow i'm ending the diet &will post the results and a feedback. super excited to eat something else again

ending the s0mi diet today so here are the results! I lost 2,2kg/4,8lbs in those 4 days wich is a LOT for me
the price was pretty bad brain fog, wanting to binge every single day and now I don't really like bananas anymore lol. I do NOT recommend this diet if you gotta 1/?

work / go to school cause I had trouble concentrating on like anything. I also had this constant bone ache wich might come from a nutriti0n deficit?? soo in conclusion try this only if you love bananas, got lots of free time, and don't forget to take 2/?
