1. I don& #39;t like to talk about the price, but i guess it& #39;s time to talk about it!

Maybe I am too bullish on $FTM, but there is no reason not to be bullish on $FTM! Let& #39;s start!
2. For understanding the #cryptocurrency price, we first need to understand why it has value.

There are 3 main actors for every cryptocurrency:

1- Consumer (needs the token for a purpose)
2- Investor (wants to take profit)
3-Provider (miner or staker)
3. Consumer wants price to be as low as possible, if it becomes too high, he/she won& #39;t consume anymore, and it results in low adoption.

Investor and provider wants price to go as high as possible.
4. It& #39;s a dilemma, and it& #39;s hard to make all the actors happy. They will only be happy if:
-Providers have good incentives to provide
-Investors can see the price go moon
-Usage/transactions are as cheap as possible
5. And for a token to have value, it has to have continious consumers and demand. I call this base value.

And many coins don& #39;t have this base value. For example #bitcoin https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt=""> didn& #39;t have this at first, but people gave #bitcoin https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt=""> a value because it& #39;s a hedge against inflation.
6. But if people think #bitcoin https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt=""> doesn& #39;t worth anything, it won& #39;t worth anything. The same goes for #fiat too.

Don& #39;t get me wrong, i want #bitcoin https://abs.twimg.com/hashflags... draggable="false" alt=""> to be the world& #39;s base money for the greater good, but trying to state some facts.
9. So the base value is there, and transactions are so cheap that consumers won& #39;t be affected. (+)

Yearly APR is up to %14, it& #39;s good incentive to make providers happy. (+)

The only thing left that we need to make investors happy. How?

YIELD FARMING.
PROTOCOL INTEGRATIONS.
10. In the last 2 weeks, http://popsicle.finance"> http://popsicle.finance  launched the airdrop on #fantom! And for me it& #39;s so important because if you use #Sushiswap on Fantom Opera Mainnet, I don& #39;t know how you can go back to other chains.

1-2 sec swaps with 0.00001$ fees.
11. @Modefi_Official announced their staking was live on #fantom opera too! The same goes for them! https://twitter.com/Modefi_Official/status/1377365114043572226?s=20">https://twitter.com/Modefi_Of...
13. As new projects come to the mainnet, people will buy $FTM from centralized exchanges (CEX), and use them on decentralized exchanges(DEX).

This will make $FTM supply on CEX go too low and demand will still be high.

And the result?

Basic economics.
14. And let& #39;s make a guess on who can innovate the best on #DeFi.

You have only one shot.
15. And developing on #fantom feels just like developing on #ethereum except 2 things.

@etherscan team built the http://ftmscan.com"> http://ftmscan.com , almost the same explorer.

Fantom is EVM/solidity compatible.

What& #39;s the exceptions?

Tx almost costs zero and happen in 1-2secs.
16. And let& #39;s look at some graphs. Maybe they can give us some idea.
17. And $FTM marketcap is $1.1B. It feels still too early.

For comparison:

$XRP has $45B
$ADA has $38B
$DOGE has $8B

I almost wrote $BSC too but forgot about @cz_binance& #39;s reach.
18. When development is there, price will follow anyway. And there is constant development on the #fantom. Just waiting for the appreciation.

Thank you for reading, as always!

$ftm
