They literally included perimenopause (pregnancy and lactation) which is KNOWN to have fluctuating hormones and distressing symptoms.

I see the above a lot in lazy approaches common in b-school students, opposite to good data collection. Responsible data collection does not utilize one's own biased view to craft leading questions to force answers into fields that validate what you already believe without data..
surveys pop up every 30 seconds in b-school and most are "garbage in, garbage out"
..instead if one is still in a hypothesis-generating stage you understand context, explore drivers, be open to hear the opposite of what one believes.

My use of the term "hysteria" was deliberate AFTER reading wording of the online survey about menses: describing "vaccine side effects" as "common" = leading language

Most lay people understand teen, pregnant, lactating, perimenopausal, or menopausal woman each group represents a distinct biologic state by definition, worthy of not being thrown into one big bin together
