Alright, I see a lot of heat coming from people saying "building in public" is only about sharing the highs and amazing things that happen to you!

While this is absolutely false, I want to take this opportunity to share the lows we experience @shoutoutso_

Running a SaaS is not a fairy tale. If you are getting MRR that means you should expect some churn.

Here& #39;s our churn rate so far: We got 2 cancelations out of 55 paying customers and sitting on a 7% churn
We launched an Affiliate Program and made 0 sales out of it!
