Iheanacho v Bamford Comparison of GW25-30

The last 6GWs shows Iheanacho has better goalscoring and creativity stats. He has higher xG, Big Chances, Shots in the Box, Touches in the Box.

Bamford also has lower xA, Big Chances Created, Key Passes, Crosses, Final 3rd Passes.
Comparison of GW1-30

Over the course of a full season, the comparison of the underlying stats is far more in favour of Bamford on the goalscoring front (larger sample).

More Shots in the Box, Shots on Target, Shots and Touches in the Box. He has 147 TiB vs 36 for Iheanacho.
Deep Dive into Iheanacho - LEI
Fixtures: WHU (a), WBA (H), CRY (H), SOU (a)
Ownership: 5%

Iheanacho has 6 goals in his last 7 starts for a team in the Top 4 of the Premier League, this makes him a very attractive transfer target with lots of value at £5.8m.
Underlying stats this season:
796 mins (17 appearances/ 9 starts)
36 touches in the penalty box
27 shots (10 on target)
20 shots inside the box
11 big chances
14 chances created (3 big chances created)
6 goals (5.52 xG)
0 assists (2.48 xA)
LEI's attacking stats away from home are very promising with 28 goals (3rd). They are also 4th for Big Chances (32). WHU has the 8th best defensive stats at home in comparison to LEI’s 4th best-attacking stats away from home.

LEI are 3rd in the fixture ticker over the next 6 GWs
Predicted Points Tool is projecting 3.5 points for Iheanacho in GW31 vs WHU.

He does have some decent fixtures between Gameweek 32 and 35 though so should hopefully continue to impress whilst he is in the form of his career.
Transfer rating
Iheanacho is a great option that can exploit WHU’s defence this GW and can act as a great value enabler to afford key LIV assets in other positions.

Forwards that I really like if you already own Iheanacho are Lacazette, Vardy, Ings and Wood.

Time for Bamford🎻
Deep Dive into Bamford- LEE
Fixtures: MCI (a), LIV (H), MUN (H), BRI (a)
Ownership: 48%

Starting at £5.5m, he has risen over £1m. Whilst netting 14G+9A. Recently though 4 blanks in the last 5.

LEE are about to enter a very difficult stretch facing some of the best teams.
Underlying stats this season:
1,934 mins (24 appearances / 21 starts)
147 touches in the penalty box
49 shots (21 on target)
41 shots inside the box
11 big chances
15 chances created (2 big chances created)
9 goals (7.83 xG)
1 assist (2.82 xA)
Bamford has gone from 28.12 mins per Shot in the Box to 44.75 mins (GW1-24 vs GW25-30). Interestingly Iheanacho is averaging a Shot in the Box every 40.8 minutes between GW25-30 but has been far more clinical with 5G (7 Big Chances). Bamford only had 2G (5 Big Chances) since GW25
The Predicted Points Tool is projecting 3.3 points for Bamford in GW 31 vs MCI but he has tasty fixtures for the final stretch of the season vs BUR, SOU, WBA.
Transfer rating
He has been one of the value assets of the entire season. Many have value tied up in him but it seems like he will be rotting on our benches until his fixtures improve. As such it would be more powerful to take advantage of the fixture swing & buy him back later.
Upcoming 6GWs with the Fixture Ticker for both attack & defence.

*Please note that High numbers are good for attack and bad for the defence in the next 2 photos. Also, note that the BGWs + DGWs mess with the ordering. The ticker order is not accurate so check the numbers.
