FYI The narrative of SNK draws a lot of parallels to the Holocaust and Nazism. The anti-semitic nature of the work is further confirmed since the author (being a known anti-Korean nationalist) based a character on a general from the Japanese Imperial Army.

For example: armbands with star-shaped symbols appear to brand the Eldians.
Just wanted to share bc I think some people don't know;; at the very least if you are still an SNK-enjoyer after knowing this, you should respect why it makes people uncomfortable

ok also i went down a rabbithole earlier today to do some more research and I saw one person ask "what do Jewish people think about snk?" and just a slew of answers being like "I'm not Jewish, but SNK definitely isn't anti-semitic." People like that can seriously fuck off...
