A coworker of mine when I worked at Uber once not-so-jokingly mocked me at a post/meeting discussion telling me I’d build a great company someday & probably give most of my profit away.

His attempt was to make me feel foolish & bad in business.

Looking back, the mentality has been infected in our society for quite some time: hunt & gather for yourself without regard to society around you. Hoard. Rinse & repeat until you win the monopoly game.

But how do you look at a broken world & not try to fix it?

This win at all costs has costed us so much.

So now I’m attempting to load my biz Dev and impact toolkit by following business leaders who preach & practice equity, inclusion, impact, planet, and profit because there has to be changing formula that builds sustainable societies.
