30 Nov 2020 - ordered Jasmine Pants (Sky Blue). they told me the expected delivery date would be 8 January 2021. ok, no prob. i dont mind waiting over a month really no big deal.
11 Jan 2021 - they shipped out.
13 Jan 2021 - we received the pants, but wrong color (Pistachio)

to which they denied, cos of their no refund policy. so me, being an annoying customer (lol) i tried to fight for my rights and they agreed to let me keep the pants i received, and theyâll send me a new pants as a compensation right after MCO ends. so yay okie!! fun!!
at one point shops were allowed to open again right so i was expecting my pants to arrive soon.

so i texted the owner on her personal number cos at that point i just wanted to be done w this issue. they replied the next morning and offered a full refund! yay!
